PRICING

Quotes are subject to change and availability until a reservation has been secured.

 

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

All bookings will be on first come first served basis. Accommodation, flights and all other tour services are strictly upon request and subject to confirmation.

A child fare is only applicable to children below 11 years of age on the date of scheduled departure from point of origin.

A surcharge will be imposed where an extra bed is required for the child or where the child occupies a room with only one adult, and our staff will be assisting you in making enquiries on the applicable surcharges. Time and Location Surcharges such as peak season charges may apply.

Full payment is required upon booking. Payment does not constitute confirmation of the booking.

Should you not receive an email confirmation from us, you may contact our sales person at our office during office hours. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of the payment.

 

CANCELLATION MADE BY CUSTOMER

You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us a minimum of 72-hour notice of your intention to cancel.

Should you cancel the tour between 24 to 72 hours prior to tour date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour rate per person.

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure time are not valid for refund.

Hotel Accommodation:

If you wish to cancel or make some changes with your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that booking modification will be made, as changes and cancellations depend on the hotel’s policy. This policy will be displayed after you made a booking with us.

Air Ticket:

Please note that some airfares are non-refundable.

Fares quoted are not guaranteed until ticket(s) is issued and may subject to changes.

Processing of airline ticket refund is in accordance to the refund policy of the airline, and any delays that may occur, AcrossIran will not be held responsible as it is beyond our control, but rest assured that we will be assisting you with the claiming process.

Weather Conditions:

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No tours can be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary. Any changes or cancellation based on weather conditions should only be made by Marcopolo Holiday.

 

AMENDMENTS

All amendment requests must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding and are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency.

Change of Date Policy:

Where possible, AcrossIran will try to honor change of date requests that are made with at least 10 days’ notice.  This is not possible for all tours and is always subject to availability. Change of Date requests that are made with less than 10 days’ notice will not usually be accepted. Change of Date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All our tour packages include insurance.

We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.

 

VISA

All our tour packages include free visa but independent visa fee is 70USD for normal tourists and 75USD for special nationalities including American, England and Canadian nationalities.

It’s passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate document for agency to apply for visa.

It’s passenger’s responsibility to collect his /her visa on the specified embassy during the legit time period.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that his/her passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the return journey, proper and valid.

 

 

 

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Any complaint and or claim shall be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of return to point of origin on the last day of the tour itinerary, for the agency’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and or claim not so made.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

Customer and/or Traveler warrants that he/she has given consent to:

1-The processing of their Personal Data by the Agency

2-Hotels, Service Providers and any other third parties engaged by the Agency for the purpose of dealing with bookings of Products

The Agency considers every transaction confidential and will not disclose any information without your permission, unless required by law.

 

- Tourists should accept to obey the formal laws of Iran Islamic Republic such as Hijab and alcohol prohibition. Any act of tourist against law should be imposed on himself/herself.
